Configuration: Baby monitor not detecting motion

If your baby monitor supports motion detection and motion detection is not functioning, the issue may be related to your monitor settings.

To troubleshoot monitor not detecting motion:

  • Ensure motion detection is enabled in your monitor settings.
  • Increase the motion detection sensitivity settings.
  • Restore your baby monitor back to default settings. Make sure motion detection is on and sensitivity is set to high.

IMPORTANT: Restoring your baby monitor to default settings will eliminate any settings you have previously configured. Not all baby monitors can be restored to default settings.
