Error Message: FLIR FX - Unable to connect try again

When using the FLIR FX app on an iPhone or iPad, the time on the smartphone or tablet must be accurate and set automatically through an Internet connection. If you manually adjust the time on your iPad or iPhone, you may see the error message Unable to connect try again when trying to use the FLIR FX app.

To automatically set the time and date on your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Ensure your iPhone or iPad is connected to a WiFi network.
  2. Close the FLIR FX app.
  3. In your iPhone or iPad menu, tap Settings > General > Date & Time.
  4. Select Set Automatically to enable automatic time and date.
