FLIR Secure Web Portal: Requesting multiple logins

You can view your FLIR Secure account and the FLIR FX camera or HD WiFi camera Live View by signing in to the web portal at If the portal is repeatedly requesting for you to log in, it may be related to an issue with your password or your web browser.

To troubleshoot your web portal repeatedly requesting a log in:

  • If you have recently updated your password, log out of the site, close any additional tabs accessing the FLIR Secure website, and log in using your new password.
  • If you did not update your password, clear the cache and cookies of your web browser, or try to access the site using a different web browser.
