We have identified a compatibility issue between the Lorex App and Samsung Pass. When using Samsung Pass to autofill the username and password of your Lorex App, you may get an “Unknown Error.”
We have fixed the issue and will release an update in the next version.
If you continue to get an “Unknown Error,” we request that you manually enter your credentials to log into your Lorex App.
