iPhone 14 Pro QR Code Issue

Dear Valued Customers,

We are aware that there is currently an issue that is affecting the iPhone 14 Pro’s ability to scan device QR Codes. This issue is expected to continue until a new iOS version is released.  Until this is resolved, please manually input the device ID during the setup process or use another phone that is logged into your Lorex app account.
