The notification issues for the Lorex Cloud app for iOS have been resolved. Please complete the following steps to ensure you receive notifications going forward:
- Make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of Lorex Cloud (1.5.0).
- Disable and then re-enable your notifications.
This should allow you to receive notifications once again through the Lorex Cloud app.
