Lorex App “Unknown Error” Issue on Samsung devices

We are aware that some Lorex App users have been experiencing an “Unknown Error” on Android devices when attempting to log in using the Samsung Pass password manager.

Please be aware that this issue is now resolved on the latest version of Lorex App. If you are still experiencing this issue, please ensure that you are using Lorex App version 4.6.6 or newer.
