Lorex has released a firmware update for the Lorex App app (v3.8.2).

Updating the firmware

Your app will automatically update its firmware to the latest version once it’s connected to the internet.

If you see that your firmware is not up-to-date, you may have to manually update your app to the latest version.

To manually upgrade the firmware, please follow these steps:

• Step 1. Launch the Lorex App app, then tap Device Settings.
• Step 2. Scroll down and tap Firmware.
• Step 3. Update your app to the latest firmware.

To check if you have the current version, follow these steps:

• Step 1. Launch the Lorex App app.
• Step 2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Account, then Account Settings. 
• Step 3. Tap About.
• Step 4. You should see the latest firmware as Version 3.8.2
