Scheduled Maintenance – Lorex Cloud Service – April 12-16

Dear Valued Customers,

We will conduct service maintenance for the Lorex Cloud Service from April 12th to 16th, between 3:00 am and 5:00 am EST.

During the maintenance hours, some devices that use the Lorex App will lose connection to the cloud service for about 5 to 10 minutes. These devices will auto-reconnect.
