We are aware that some of our customers are not getting push notifications in their Lorex Cloud app on iOS devices.
A new version of Lorex Cloud 2.0.2 has been released to the Apple App Store.
This version of the app Resolved an issue where some users were not receiving push notifications. After updating, navigate to Push Notification and disable and then re-enable the Push Notification toggle.
