Android 10: Connectivity issues while using Data Saver

Customers running Android 10 may experience connectivity issues with Lorex apps if they have Android’s Data Saver feature enabled.

To disable data saver on Android:

  1. Open the device Settings screen.
  2. Tap Network & Internet > Data usage > Data saver.
  3. Tap Use Data Saver to turn it on/off.
