The status indicator is not flashing blue
At the rear of the Extender, press and hold the reset button until the you hear a chime and the status indicator turns solid red.
The Extender is offline
- Ensure that the Extender is powered ON and connected to a nearby outlet. If required, reconnect power to the extender. Wait 5-10 minutes to allow the Extender to reconnect to your devices.
- On the LSHSC go to the Extender's settings. Ensure that the Extender's status indicator is ON. For the Extender's device settings, refer to the article Range Extender - Frequently Asked Questions.
- Move the Extender closer to the LSHSC.
- Reset the Extender by holding down the reset button until you hear the chime and the status indicator turns solid red.
