Lorex Connect App - Me (Account Settings)
Learn how to navigate the Me tab in the Lorex Connect App to manage your account settings, albums, shared devices, notifications, and more.

Getting Started
- Download the Lorex Connect app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Pair your device with the app by tapping the
icon, tapping Scan QR Code or Online Devices and following the in app instructions.
- Tap the Me tab in the bottom right.
Account Settings
To access Account Settings, tap on the first section on the Me page.
- Username: To set a new username, tap, and then confirm by tapping Save.
- Delete Your Account: To delete your account, tap Account > Delete Account.
- Change Password: To change your password, tap Change Password, enter your current password, type your new password, and then tap Save to confirm.
- Face / Fingerprint Login: Tap
to enable face / fingerprint login. - Two-factor Authentication: Tap to enable Two-factor authentication. Tap - to remove devices from your Untrusted Devices List. Untrusted Devices refers to devices that require Two-factor authentication to login to your account.
- Log Out: Tap this button to log out of your account.
Lorex Cloud Storage
If you have a Lorex cloud storage plan, you'll be directed to the webpage. From there, navigate to the cloud portal to manage your plan.
Albums
This section contains all of the albums you have made for your recordings.
To save, share, or delete an album:
- Tap Edit.
- Tap
to save, 
to share, and 
to delete. - Tap Done to confirm.
Share
Tap Share > Share a Device to view shared devices, accepted devices, delete a device, or share with a new device.
Sharing a Device: Tap Share, select the device you want to share, and tap Next. Enter the email address of the person you want to share the device with, then tap Send.
Deleting a Device: Tap Delete, choose the devices you want to delete, press the icon and press Done to confirm.
Notifications
Tap Notifications then to enable Marketing & Promotional Alerts, or Email Notifications, then Save.
About
Tap About to access the app version and the Terms & Conditions. You can also Clear Cache here, which will remove stored data in the app
