Baby Monitors: Maintaining / replacing your Care 'N' Share battery
The Care ‘N’ Share monitor uses a Li-ion 3.7 V DC 1500 mAh rechargeable battery. There are important steps you can take to maintain the quality of your battery.
REMINDER: The Care N Share 3.5” and 4.3” monitors use the same type of battery.
To maintain the quality of your camera battery:
- Charge your battery for 5 hours before initial use.
- Use the power save mode to conserve battery power. Refer to your user manual for details. Product downloads and documentation
CAUTION: Use only batteries, battery packs, battery chargers, and power adapters that are included with your baby monitor. Using a different charger or power adapter will cause damage to your monitor / battery.
Warranties and Replacement Batteries
Some batteries included with specific baby monitor systems are not replaceable, e.g., the LW2003 camera battery is not replaceable. Check the model number of your baby monitor system to confirm with Customer Support that you are still able to get a replacement battery. If you are in need of a new battery for your baby monitor system and it is outside of warranty, contact Customer Support.
