Configuration: Night vision not working on baby monitor

If your baby monitor night vision is not working, there may be an issue with your battery, power supply, or monitor settings.

To troubleshoot your night vision not working:

  1. Check / replace the batteries for the camera. Your camera needs extra power to activate night vision mode. Click here for information about maintaining or replacing your battery.

  2. Try a different power source / power adapter for the camera.

  3. Restore your camera to default settings.

    IMPORTANT: Restoring your camera to default settings will eliminate any settings you have previously configured. Not all baby monitors can be restored to default settings.
