Error Message: FLIR FX - Flashing green cloud

When viewing the back of your FLIR FX camera, a blinking green cloud LED () indicates that the camera is trying to establish a secure Internet connection and check-in to FLIR Cloud services over the WiFi network. Watch the green cloud LED for the following indications:

• If the blinking green cloud continues for more than 90 seconds, or changes to the amber Direct mode LED (), the camera has failed to establish a secure Internet connection. Click here for troubleshooting steps.
