Error Message: FLIR Cloud Client software - Uninstalling error

When you install FLIR Cloud Client software on your PC, FLIR PC-NVR bundled software can be selected to be installed as well. If you attempt to uninstall FLIR Cloud Client software, an error message will appear in FLIR PC-NVR if both are running at the same time. You must close FLIR PC-NVR bundled software before you can uninstall FLIR Cloud Client software. FLIR PC-NVR bundled software setup

Prerequiste:

• The following instructions require you to access your system using the FLIR Cloud Client software and a PC. Instructions below are based on a Windows 7 operating system.

To close FLIR PC-NVR bundled software:

1. Right-click on your desktop Taskbar and click Task Manager.
2. Click the Processes tab in the Task Manager window.
3. Click PC-NVR and then click End Task.

Once you have completed these steps, you can uninstall FLIR Cloud Client software.
