N Series NVRs: Reset the Recorder's Display Resolution
If the recorder’s output resolution is set to a resolution your TV does not support, the screen image will not be displayed. To fix this you will need to set the display resolution back to default settings.
To change the recorder’s display resolution back:
- Unplug the recorder.
- Push and hold the Info/Panic button.
- While holding on to the button, plug the recorder back in.
The display resolution is now set back to 1080p.
