Lorex App - Configuring Local Storage

This article applies to the following products: W281AA, W282CA, W261AS, W482CAD, and W261AQ.

You can change the streaming quality or enable/disable General Record Storage.

Configuring Local Storage Settings

By default, your Lorex device will automatically save recordings to the pre-installed hard drive.

To enable/disable local storage:

1. Launch the Lorex App.

2. Tap icon above the channel thumbnail on the Devices screen.

3. Tap Local Storage.

4. In General Record Storage option, Tapto enable/disable local storage.

To change the Stream Setting:

1. Launch the Lorex App.

2. Tap icon above the channel thumbnail on the Devices screen.

3. Tap Local Storage.

4. Tap Stream Setting.

5. Select between your desired streaming quality.

6. Tap Save.

You have succesfully changed the Stream Setting on the Lorex App!
