Wi-Fi Security Camera - Exporting Account Settings

You can export account details for security purposes or for personal reference. The exported information includes your Lorex App username, region, email, and device IDs for all your connected Lorex devices.

To export account information

1. Launch the Lorex App.

2. Tap the Settings tab, then tap Account Settings.

3. Tap Security, then tap Export Account Information.
   A summary of your account displays.

4. Tap Export.
   Note: Exported information will be sent within 30 days.

5. Enter the E-mail address you would like to send the account summary to, then tap Next.
   An authentication code will be sent to the email you entered

6. Log into the E-mail address you entered and copy the authentication code into the Lorex App to complete the account export, then tap OK.

   

You will receive a confirmation E-mail from Lorex confirming your export request. The exported information will be sent to your E-mail within 30 days.
