Which devices support Lorex Cloud Storage?

Currently, only the 2K Spotlight Outdoor Wi-Fi Security Camera supports cloud storage.

What are the requirements for Lorex Cloud Storage?

For optimal use of Lorex Cloud Storage, a stable internet connection connection is required, as well as the latest version of the Lorex app, and the latest compatible firmware for your devices.

Do I need to have a Lorex Cloud Storage plan in order to use my cameras?

Absolutely not! Lorex Cloud Storage is an add-on which provides you with even more security for your existing cameras. You can always use your cameras with just the local storage, without the added benefit of cloud storage.

I have Lorex cameras at multiple locations. Can I use one Lorex Cloud Storage plan for all of them?

Unfortunately, Lorex Cloud Storage plans are limited to one location, so you will need separate plans for each location.

What resolution will my cameras record to Lorex Cloud Storage?

Lorex Cloud Storage supports up to 2K recording resolution.

Can I still record to my camera’s SD card if I have a Lorex Cloud Storage plan?

Yes, your camera will record all motion events to the SD card as well as to the cloud storage.
