Lorex Ping 2 App: Privacy Mode

The Lorex Ping 2 app allows you to lock access to your connected cameras by turning off Operation mode and enabling Privacy mode. Privacy mode blocks other users from viewing your live camera feed.

To enable Privacy mode:

1. Launch the Lorex Ping 2 app to view the Camera List screen.

   

2. Tap the Privacy mode icon () on the bottom-right of your screen to enable Privacy mode. The Privacy move icon () turns green indicating that it is enabled.

   

   REMINDER: If prompted, enter the administrator username in the Account field, and the administrator password in the Password field. Tap OK to save settings for future use of Privacy mode.

   

3. Tap the Privacy mode icon () again to enable Operation mode.
