FLIR Secure Web Portal: Configuring recording resolution

You can change your HD WiFi camera resolution using the FLIR Secure web portal.

Prerequisites:

• Ensure that you have created a My FLIR account. Click here for information on how to create an account.

To change the camera resolution using the FLIR Secure web portal:

1. Go to www.flirsecure.com.

2. Click SIGN IN.

3. Ensure that your camera is online and streaming live video.

4. On the Live Viewing page, click the Gear icon () next to your camera.

5. In the camera settings menu, click the Video tab.

6. Click the Super HD Video drop-down menu to change your camera's resolution.

   

7. Click SAVE CHANGES when finished.
