Setup: Remote control not detected by the system

Your Lorex by FLIR DVR / NVR system may include a remote control. If your remote control is not being detected by your DVR / NVR, try the following troubleshooting steps.

Prerequisites:

• Ensure that you have properly paired your remote with your DVR / NVR system.
  • Pairing LNR200 / LNR 300 Series NVR with remote
  • Pairing LHV / LNR Series DVR / NVR with remote
  • Pairing LHA / LNK Series DVR / NVR with remote

​To troubleshoot your remote control not being detected by the system:

• Check the remote control batteries. If they are drained, replace them with new batteries.

• Ensure that the line of sight between your DVR / NVR system and the remote control is not blocked. Make sure there are no objects blocking the path between the IR receiver on the front panel and the remote control.
