The Home tab in the Lorex Connect App serves as your central hub, providing quick access to live camera views, device management, and essential system settings.

Getting Started

1. Download the Lorex Connect app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
2. Pair your device with the app by tapping the icon, tapping Scan QR Code or Online Devices and following the in app instructions.
3. Tap the Home tab in the bottom left.

Devices

The Devices section provides an overview of all connected devices with thumbnails for quick access. Here's how to navigate and manage your devices:

1. View Live Footage: Tap a device's thumbnail to access its Live View. For details on live view and playback, see the Lorex Connect App - Live View and Lorex Connect App - Playback guides.
2. Change Layout: Use the / to switch between list and grid views, and the to reorder devices.
3. Add a Device: Tap the to add a new device by Scan QR Code or searching for Online Devices.
4. Manage Notifications: Tap the to disable notifications for a device, and tap it again to re-enable them.
5. Access Settings and Groups: Tap the to share a device, create a group, or access device settings. For detailed information on device settings, refer to the FAQs on the product's support page. Once a group is created, a Groups tab will appear for easy management.

Multi-Channel Playback

Multi-channel playback, allows you to filter recordings and play them simultaneously. If you choose multiple devices, recordings from both will play simultaniously. To access multi-channel playback:

1. Tap the button.
2. Select the Playback Date.
3. Select the Playback Time.
4. Select the Devices you want to see.
5. Tap Start Playback.
