If your camera has suddenly gone offline here are some things you can try to troubleshoot.
You can put the antennas upright to increase the range of the Lorex Smart Home Security Center (LSHSC).
If needed, unplug the camera from power and leave it unplugged for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Plug it back in and wait a few moments while the camera comes back online.
If the issue persists, make sure that new obstructions haven’t been introduced to the environment of the camera.
Concrete, brick, metal and wood are the most common materials in your home that can cause poor signal strength.
You can also add the Lorex Home Extender (model #AX62TR) to increase the range of the LSHSC.
If the camera is closer to your home’s router you can connect to it through Wi-Fi.
Now you will add the camera back to the LSHSC.
Note: This is the password you created when you added the camera with the Lorex Home app.
You can select from a preset or type a unique name.
You have successfully added the camera to your Lorex Smart Home Security Center.
